Upcoming Events!

We have no demonstrations planned for this upcoming weekend, but there are events in the next couple days that we encourage members to attend and help promote!

Thursday - Niagara Vegan Baking Militia Vegan Bake Sale for Marineland Animal Defense. Tomorrow, from 11-5, the Niagara Vegan Baking Militia will be holding a vegan bake sale fundraiser for M.A.D. at 98 Chaplin Ave (off of Lake or York St.) The NVBM has a long history of raising funds for disaster relief, farm animal sanctuaries, advocacy organizations and shelter services in Niagara. We are beyond excited that they are fundraising for M.A.D! You can expect delicious treats, BBQ corn (later in the afternoon), the ADL Distro, jewelry fundraising, as well as the Sisterrific Designs art fundraiser.

Friday - Throughout the world people are demonstrating against the annual Taiji Dolphin Slaughter as part of Japan Dolphins Day. You can find a list/map of demonstrations here. Close by, there are events planned in Buffalo, NY, London, On and Toronto, ON. We appreciate all help in promoting these events, as well as Save Japan Dolphins and Earth Island Institute - campaign endorses of Marineland Animal Defense.

Saturday - Animal Allies of Western New York’s “Rally to End Animal Abuse at Marineland.” This Saturday from 11am to 1pm Animal Allies of Western New York will be holding an information rally in Bidwell Park in Buffalo educating the public about at the marine park. If you are in Western New York, or can make the trip across, please come out and support and support campaign endorses - Animal Allies of Western New York.
